Instructions
for ordering on-line

On our home page you will see PRODUCT TABS across
the top of the page "Protein Products, Food
& Cooking", etc. Click on the PRODUCT
TAB for the product you are interested in.

You will then pick the BRAND or TYPE wanted "Cheramino,
Protein Bars, Vitamins A&D", etc.
A) Clicking on this you will then have a page
displaying SIZE or FLAVOR "Pint, Quart, Pure
Protein Bar Blueberry Cheesecake", etc.
B) Selecting this you then will see QUANTITY (change
if more than one). Also note the product description
is at the bottom of the page.
C) Scroll down and click on ADD TO CART button
to do so.

After each selection return to the top of the
page and select the next PRODUCT TAB and follow
the above instructions until you are happy with
your order. Each time you ADD TO CART you will
get an order summary. You can make any changer
but note you will have to RECALCULATE after a
change for it to be entered on the cart.

Tired of shopping now or ran out of money? CHECK
OUT button takes you out of the "basket".
Again you have an order summary and subtotal amount,
which does not include any applicable sales tax
or shipping.
A) Scroll down and fill in the information requested.
Sorry but this information is not retained and
must be reentered with each order. Please note
we do not share or sell any information given
to us. We treat your information confidentially.
B) Enter CONTACT NAME and EMAIL ADDRESS. (Email
is so we can contact you to acknowledge you order)
C) Fill in BILLING INFORMATION (if you are paying
by credit card it must match card holder information).
Your phone number is important, especially if
UPS is having a problem locating your address
or if there is a problem.
D) If you have ordered an assortment of product
Assorted Box of Protein Bars, Assorted Case of
ProCel/UpCal, enter the mix of product you want.
E) Please enter the personal information next
as to how you found us, surgical information.
Again this is confidential and is only for our
information and research.
F) COMMENT LINE is for anything you wish to communicate
to us. Michelle and Don read each of these and
is a great place for you to share what is going
on or how much you have lost, etc, OR any special
instructions.
G) Indicate next if this order is to be shipped
or picked up. If we are shipping to the BILLING
ADDRESS check the box. If you want it to be shipped
to your office or a friend, fill in the SHIPPING
ADDRESS box.
H) SUBMIT your order at the bottom of the page.

Here it is again, a verification of your order
including any applicable sales tax and shipping.
If this is what you want on your order SUBMIT
button take to the next page.

OK now let's pay for your order. Select your method
of payment. Orders require prepayment and will
not be sent to the warehouse until payment is
completed.
A) If by credit card, enter your c/c number and
expiration date below your selection. Our site
is secure and we don't even see your full c/c
number.
B) If paying by check please mail to us at Vitalady,
Inc 12105 - 78th Ave E Puyallup, WA 98373.
C) If by PayPal you can click on the PayPal link
at the bottom of the link and it will take you
to their website for you to process.
D) OK the last time, SUBMIT your order from the
bottom of the page.

You now have a copy of the completed order and
the information you provided. If you see any problems,
please call (253) 848-5118 or email Orders@Vitalady.com
and let us know, otherwise your order will be
sent shortly. Please print the completed order
as it gives you a copy of what we see and gives
you our INVOICE NUMBER.

What can you expect now that the order is entered
on our system?
A) You will get an email thanking you for your
order and, yes again a copy of the order. We just
want you to be sure you are getting what you want.
B) If your order is shipped by US Mail you should
have your order quickly (3-5 days) depending on
the attitude of the Post Office.
C) If your order is sent UPS you should receive
an email message from them with your tracking
number and delivery within 10 days, depending
on your location.
D) If you are picking up your order, it will be
pulled and ready for you.
OK,
this is all based on a perfect world. If we have
a problem with your order, such as lack of product
or a question we will be in touch on the same or
next business day. We try never to be out of essential
items (Protein or Vitamins) and do not ship unless
your order is complete and will ask your desire
(ship or hold until complete). We most likely will
communicate by email, so please check you messages
to see if there is a problem. If we are out of a
product we normally do not back order and request
that you reorder.
Beyond
that you can expect a package to be delivered, carefully
inspected and packed to ensure protection and accuracy.
If you find this is not the case, please contact
us quickly so we can take care of the discrepancy.
