Brown
Sugar Carrots
3/4
lb. Medium carrots, peeled, cut in half both crosswise
and lengthwise
Place in saucepan with small amount of boiling water.
Cover saucepan. Cook 8-10 minutes just until tender
crisp. Drain well, remove from pan.
In same pan combine
1 tb. butter with
1 tb. Brown Sugarlike® and a
dash of salt
Stir over heat until melted. Add carrots. Cook uncovered
about 2 minutes or till glazed, stirring frequently.
Makes 4 servings.
