Oven
Caramel Corn
3
qts. Popped Popcorn
1 cup Brown Sugar Replacement (Sugarlike, Etc.)
1/2 cup Margarine
1/4 cup Corn Syrup Replacement (Liquid Sugarlike,
Etc.)
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Soda
Heat
oven to 200 degrees, divide popcorn into 2 pans
In
sauce pan heat sugar, butter, corn syrup, and salt.
Stirring constantly, boil 5 min.
Remove from heat at 234 degrees, add soda and stir
until foamy.
Pour over popcorn, mix until well coated. Bake 1 hour
stirring every 15 minutes.
