Mystery
Berry Pie
Fast
Flaky Crust:
1
3/4 cups flour
1 tsp. Salt
(mix together)
1/2
cups vegetable oil (soy or canola is better)
3 Tbls. water
(mix together)
Then
mix both batches together with a fork until in a ball.
Divide into two balls and roll our on Flour Board.
Berry
Filling

cups Berries (your choice - wild berries work best)
3 Tbls. Flour
3/4 cup Sugarlike® granulated
mix these together
3 Tbls. Butter
Pour
berry mixture into bottom crust, and drizzle melted
butter on top. Apply top crust and seal edges. Slit
center 5-6 times. Sprinkle Brown Sugarlike® lightly
over crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then
375 degrees for 25 minutes.
