- RECIPE FOR APRIL 2003 -

Golden Parmesan Potatoes

6 - potatoes
1/4 cup - flour
1/4 cup - grated parmesan cheese
3/4 teaspoon - salt
1/8 teaspoon - pepper
1/3 cup - butter, melted
chopped parsley, for garnish

Quarter potatoes
Combine dry ingredients in large bag
Shake wet potatoes in bag of dry ingredients
Put melted butter in 9x13 pan
Spread potatoes evenly in pan
Bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees, turning every 15-20 minutes
Sprinkle parsley over top when brown
