Peanut Butter Granola Bars

2 1/2 cup - low sugar cereal
(Quaker Puffed Wheat is 0 sugar and only 8.5 carbs per cup)
2 cups - quick cooking rolled oats
1/4 cup - chopped peanuts
1/2 cup - brown sugar substitute (Sugarlike)
1/2 cup - sugar syrup substitute (Sugarlike)
1/2 cup - peanut butter (natural, no sugar added)
1 tsp - vanilla extract

In large bowl, combine cereal, rolled oats, and peanuts - set aside. Measure out the peanut butter and vanilla into a measuring cup - set aside. In a small saucepan combine both Sugarlike products and stir over a medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla, stirring until smooth. Pour over cereal mixture and mix until well coated. Press into an ungreased 9" x 13" pan. Cool and allow to set until firm. Cut into 24 bars.
