Tropical Breeze Soda

1 oz Torani™ Sugar Free Lime Syrup *** New this Month ***
1/2 oz Torani™ Sugar Free Mango Syrup
8 oz. sparkling water or club soda (if allowed)

Combine ingredients in a tall glass of ice and stir well. Yields 1-16 oz serving.

 

Sugar Free Cherry Cheese Pie

2 - 8 oz packages cream cheese
2 Tbsp. Ricotta cheese
2 Tbsp DaVinci® Gourmet Vanilla Sugar Free Syrup
2 Tbsp DaVinci® Gourmet Cherry Sugar Free Syrup
1/2 cup granulated sugar substitute
1 packet unflavored gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 pie crust

In a large bowl, soften cream cheese and add the ricotta. Beat until smooth with a mixer and set aside. In a smaller bowl add syrup, sugar substitute and gelatin. Add 1 cup of boiling water and stir until gelatin dissolves (about 5 minutes). Add gelatin mixturee to the cheese and beat with a mixer until smooth. Pour into pie crust and refrigerate until firm (about 2 hours). Cover in the refrigerator over night.
For variety substitute and syrup flavor(s) just make sure to use 4 tablespoons of sugar free syrup.
