Preheat
oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl combine gelatin,
melted butter, mustard, garliic, salt and pepper.
Brush over both sides of the chicken breasts and place
in an ungreased baking dish. Sprinkle almonds on top
of the chicken. Cover and bake at 350 for 20 to 25
minutes, basting once. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes
longer or until done.

2 oz DaVinci Sugar Free Pineapple Syrup
10 - 12 oz Sparkling Water (if allowed)
Ice
Fill
a tall glass 3/4 full of ice. Add syrup and sparkling
water. Stir well and garnish.
