No Sugar Added Cheesecake with Papa
Giki Crust

oz cream cheese at room temperature |

Cup Papa
Giki Cookie Mix |
| 1
Eggbeaters (equivalent of 2 eggs) |
1/2
Cup Splenda |
| 1
Cup Splenda |
1/4
stick butter melted |
| 1
tsp vanilla extract |

Cream
together cream cheese, eggbeaters, 1 cup Splenda,
and 1 tsp vanilla. Mix Papa
Giki and 1/2 cup Splenda. Pour Papa
Giki Cookie Mix and Splenda into melted butter.
Press into a pie pan. Cover with Cheese mix. Bake
at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until a knife can
be inserted and pulled from the center clean.
