Chili
*
1 each - red, green, orange, yellow bell peppers,
chopped |

1 - 8 oz - tomato paste |
*
1 - 8 oz - can - tomato sauce |
*
1
- 28 oz - can - crushed tomatoes |

1 - 16 oz - can - kidney beans |
| *
1 small onion, chopped |
*
1
lb ground turkey, browned and drained |
*
3 to 4 sticks celery, chopped |
*
1
jalapeno pepper, chopped |
*
2 Tablespoon garlic, minced |
* cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, and red
pepper flakes to taste |
Toss
everything, including canned goods, in a pot and let
simmer for 2 hours.
