Spinach
Salad
| ¤
½ Cup Oil |
| ¤
¼ Cup Vinegar (white not wine) |
| ¤
2 Tablespoons Brown Spicy Mustard |
| ¤
¼ Cup Lemon Juice |
| ¤
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar |
| ¤
2 Cloves Garlic Crushed |
| ¤
Salt and Pepper |
Shake
and refrigerate. Serve over fresh washed spinach leaves,
Mandarin Oranges (well drained) and fresh Onion Rings.

Lite Soda
| ¤
2 oz DaVinci Sugar Free Syrup (your choice of
flavor) |
| ¤
10 – 12 oz Sparkling Water (if allowed) |
| ¤
Ice |
Fill
a tall glass ¾ full of ice. Add Syrup and sparkling
water. Stir well and garnish.
