June 2006 Recipe
Oriental BBQ Meat

(tastes exactly like BBQ pork)
4 lbs. of meat - turkey breast or pork
3 Cloves of garlic
4t sugar substitute
2t salt
4t sherry
1/2t ginger
4T honey
6T soy sauce
10oz red food color

Mix above ingredients. Place big chunks of meat in sauce and let sit for 24-48 hours in fridge. Remove from sauce and bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. Use a sheet of foil to cover so meat won't dry out. Slice and serve with hot mustard, ketchup and sesame seeds.
