Apple Pie
3/4
- 1 cup Sugar Slim®
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbsp all purpose flour |

cups peeled, pared, and sliced apples
(For Michelle's favorite use Granny Smith)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp melted butter |
Combine
salt, cinnamon, sugar and flour in bowl. Place bottom
crust (see crust recipe below) in pie pan. Layer apples
and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture until
ingredients are gone. Dapple with a few dabs of butter.
Sprinkle with lemon juice. Cover with top crust. Seal
edges and pierce top with a fork. Top crust with a
little of the melted butter. Bake at 450 degrees for
10 minutes, then at 375 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
Test apples to see if they are tender.

flaky and melts in your mouth!

1/2 cup vegetable oil |

Combine flour and salt
2. Combine water and oil
3. Mix both combinations together with a fork to form
a ball. Divide into 2 balls. Roll out each for top
& bottom crust (I roll on wax paper).
