Christmas Jello

Layer in LARGE bowl

First layer
6 oz pkg line jello (SUGAR FREE)
2 C boiling water, dissolve well
1-3/4 C cold water, stir & set

Second layer
1 sm pkt Knox unflavored gelatin
1/2 C boiling water, dissolve well
8 oz pkg cream cheese, beat til smooth
1 C sugar (substitute)
1 C half & half (or non-dairy creamer, such as mocha mix)
1 t vanilla
beat all this til smooth
add 1/2 C finely chopped pecans or???
pour over 1st layer & set

Third layer
6 oz pkg raspberry jello (SUGAR FREE)
2 C boiling water, dissolve well
2 10 oz pkgs frozen raspberries, thawed, juice included
mix slightly & pour over other layers & set
Maybe try strawberry & berries?
