Sugar Free Chocolate Fondue

Sugar Free Chocolate Fondue. . . .

Nothing says I love you better than chocolate . . . . .unless it’s Sugar Free Chocolate Fondue – now that’s love!

 

Ingredients:

1 1/3 cup dry unsweetened cocoa powder

8 oz heavy cream

1 cup half & half

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup sugar substitute (such as Splenda®)

Directions:

Mix cocoa powder, cinnamon, cream, and half & half in a saucepan.

Bring to a boil.  Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring often.

Ad a splash of half & half as you see fit to get desired consistency.

Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Whisk in sugar substitute and vanilla, stirring until dissolved and smooth.

Pour into fondue pot to keep warm, stir often and serve with fresh fruit slices as dippers.

Yield:  16 servings of Sugar Free Chocolate Fondue
